At Soarella Wellness, Charlotte believes every woman deserves to feel rooted in her worth and at home in her body — not because of how she looks, her accomplishments or her past but because of who she is. Her work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that healing is both emotional and embodied. Charlotte supports women in recognizing the roots of their limiting beliefs, expressing their needs with confidence, and setting clear, respectful boundaries — including the empowered ‘no.’ Many of the women she works with are navigating challenges in relationships, struggling to feel seen, valued, or able to choose themselves. Together, we work to rebuild self-worth from the inside out, so you can make decisions guided by your own inner wisdom — not fear, people-pleasing, or past pain. Using a blend of talk therapy, CBT, somatic therapy, guided therapeutic imagery, attachment theory, inner child work and mindfulness practices. Charlotte supports you to reconnect with your truth, inner power and to take up space without apology, with clarity, strength, and self-trust.
Charlotte Elizabeth, RPC
Counsellor, Coach and Facilitator
Hi, I’m Charlotte, the heart behind Soarella Wellness — a space where women come to reconnect with their worth, reclaim their boundaries, and feel at home in their bodies.
I specialize in women-centred, trauma-informed healing. I help women unlearn deeply rooted beliefs around body image, self-worth, and emotional responsibility — and replace them with grounded self-trust, clarity, and connection.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a body-neutral model and content creator, and that creative lens still informs my work. I know what it’s like to navigate pressure, performance, and perfectionism — and how healing it is to finally come home to yourself.
Whether you’re working through people-pleasing, struggling to express your needs, or trying to build a more secure relationship with yourself, your body and others, I’m here to walk beside you with warmth, honesty, and tools that meet both mind and body.

Somatic Therapy is a body-based approach to healing that recognizes how emotions, trauma, and stress are stored in the nervous system — not just the mind. Instead of only talking about your experiences, somatic work invites you to gently notice sensations, tension, breath, and movement as a way to process and release stuck patterns. It helps you feel safer and more connected in your body, especially when working through anxiety, boundaries, or body image struggles. Over time, somatic therapy builds inner awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of grounded self-trust.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. It focuses on identifying unhelpful thinking patterns — like self-criticism or all-or-nothing thinking — and learning how to challenge and reframe them. Through CBT, you gain practical tools to respond to life with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion. It’s especially helpful for anxiety, low self-worth, and body image concerns. CBT empowers you to become more aware of your inner dialogue and shift it in ways that support your growth, boundaries, and wellbeing.
Mindfulness in therapy is the practice of gently bringing your attention to the present moment — without judgment — to help calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. It’s especially useful for grounding, which helps you reconnect with your body and surroundings when feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Mindfulness also offers containment— creating a sense of inner space and safety to hold big emotions without being consumed by them. Through simple breathwork, body awareness, and noticing thoughts as they arise, mindfulness builds resilience, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of self-trust.
Attachment Theory is a framework that explores how early relationships — especially with caregivers — shape the way we connect, trust, and feel safe with others throughout life. In therapy, attachment work helps you understand the patterns you may unconsciously repeat in relationships, such as fear of abandonment, difficulty with intimacy, or a tendency to overgive or withdraw. By bringing awareness to your attachment style, you can begin to heal old wounds, build more secure connections, and relate to yourself and others with greater confidence, boundaries, and emotional safety. It's especially powerful for those who feel stuck in relationship cycles or disconnected from their own needs.
Guided Therapeutic Imagery uses intentional visualization to access your inner world — the part of you beyond logic that holds memory, emotion, and deep wisdom. With gentle guidance, you’re invited to imagine scenes, symbols, or healing experiences that help shift stuck beliefs, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner strength. This method is especially powerful for body image, self-worth, and reclaiming parts of yourself that may feel lost or silenced. It’s like giving your subconscious a seat at the table — where lasting change begins.
Inner Child Work focuses on connecting with the younger parts of yourself that may still carry unmet needs, unprocessed pain, or protective patterns from past experiences. These younger parts often hold the emotional roots of present-day struggles — like people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, or chronic self-doubt. In therapy, you’re guided to gently access these layers through the body, emotion, and imagination, allowing you to give voice, validation, and safety to parts of yourself that were once dismissed or silenced. This emotional release process helps soften reactive patterns and opens the door to deeper healing, self-compassion, and integration.
